Please note that consultations can take place either in person, or via Skype/FaceTime/WhatsApp Call. Additional sleep support is available, and this includes the option to have one of our consultants stay with you overnight for added support.
This is the perfect choice for new parents or parents-to-be to who are committed to commencing on a healthy sleep journey to form solid, positive habits with their little one from day one. These packages also make an excellent gift choice for moms-to-be.
Our sleep consultants will guide you with information about the following:
This is a very overwhelming and tiring time for new parents, and one of great learning. Many parents aren’t sure that they’re on the right track, or if their newborns are sleeping, feeding and growing adequately.
We believe that there is a great deal you can do during the first 12 weeks of your baby’s life to promote good sleep associations and to help your baby to sleep through when he/she is ready. Prevention is better than cure and the best advice we can give you is help your baby learn how to sleep better on his/her own. Give your baby (and yourself!) the best chance to have a Good Night’s rest!
Sleep deprivation is also one of the main causes for Post Natal Depression.
For parents of babies from newborns to three months old, our sleep consultants provide guidance about the following:
The bumpiest ride might be behind you, but new issues such as teething are constantly emerging in this critical growth stage. Your baby is changing, and so are his habits. This is also a time when many babies begin sleeping through the night.

You have entered the wonderful world of toddlerhood and you might.
For parents of toddlers, our sleep consultants can guide you on:
Sometimes sleep issues crop up later in the toddler years, but it’s never too late for parents to correct these habits, or even to start your child on a better sleep routine.
For parents of toddlers over three and a half our sleep consultants can guide you on:
Note: It is important to know that it is never “too late” to learn and instil good sleeping habits and that studies have shown that children who struggle to sleep as children will most likely continue their sleep struggles as adults.
Our consultants have a basic understanding of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) which is a technique used with adults who suffers from insomnia. We also work closely with neuroscientists and we are able to refer you to specialist if we deem it necessary.
You have probably experienced the joy of parenthood in double the love but also double the trouble!

On occasion we provide a one day course to equip a nanny or night nurse in the areas of sleep. If you have a child minder looking after your baby or child it is best to send them on this training to equip them in helping you on the road to better sleep!
During this course we help the attendees understand the following challenges:
– Safe sleep principles (What is SIDS, and how can it be prevented?)
– Explaining normal sleep patterns for the various ages.
– Demonstrating sound and healthy sleep positions for a child.
– Creating an environment for optimal sleep.
– Is it ok to “peppa” a child?
– Guiding the child carers on how guide a baby from birth to sleep through as soon as he or she is ready.
An alternative to a private consultation is a group session. We provide everything from smaller intensive group sessions, to stork tea parties, as well as presentations to large groups of people and more generic seminars.
We travel all over South Africa and might be heading to your city! Read more about it here.
