Leave him a little and let him cry, he will get over it

  1. Some candles during bath time (just in case Eskom cuts the electricity) 😊  But seriously treat yourself to a relaxing bath with loads of bubbles to relax every now and then.
  2. Exercise and get enough fresh air every day, and wind down in the early evenings, like walking in the garden with your little one.

Sleep when your baby sleeps and limit screen time for small children and babies 😊

They say life begins at 40, and that’s true!  I am having the time of my life and I am loving it! After 18 years in the Corporate world, I decided to work for myself.  I run a Nanny / Domestic Agency as well, where we focus on the training and placements of household staff, I also spend a lot of my time training First aid and CPR. Good Night has changed my life, and it has come as such a blessing to me.  I can help families in other aspects of their daily life’s – Sleep, which I love to do.  I have a passion for people and I love the thought of empowering, educating and helping others.  I can honestly say I draw my energy from people.
I reside on the East Rand with my family.  I have 2 beautiful daughters, Charlize and Isabel, 18 years apart, who runs the household.  I have been married to my high school sweetheart Nico, what feels like forever.  I have a very busy lifestyle, so I spend my time juggling between running a business, kids, church, gym and races – yay!
I believe in fairness and kind words.  The power of words can change a person or any situation.  We leave a piece of ourselves with every person we meet in life.
“Be a blessing to the next person you meet”
