About Melissa Van Rooyen

Centurion & Midstream Estate

Melissa has two beautifully healthy girls who are 4 years old and 9 months old. She was fascinated by the ability of a routine to influence the behaviour and wellbeing of her children. She researched the topic of routine and the more she searched, the more conclusive the evidence became that a sleep routine was beneficial to children.

She made contact with Good Night and enrolled her youngest daughter in the sleep routine program. After successfully completing the program, she enrolled in the Good Night Consultant Certification Program.

Melissa is married and lives in Pretoria East with her family.
