Heike Millar is a qualified nursing sister and midwife. She has worked in many maternity wards, including midwives’ units where she has delivered babies. She is a member of the International Childbirth Educators Association (ICEA) and has run childbirth education classes for 15 years. Heike owned her own baby clinic for eight years where she provided various services to families that included immunizations, developmental assessments, breastfeeding advice, weighing babies and completing Road-to-Health charts.
Heike has made the transition to becoming a certified Good Night Sleep Consultant. She is married to Andy and is the mother of two teenage daughters, Jamie and Carmen.
