About Di Stewart

Kwa-Zulu Natal

“I am a mother of 5 amazing children and 7 beautiful grandchildren. I reside in the heart of Zululand on a farm, and have lived there with my husband for 41 years.

My children, I believe, had an extremely healthy lifestyle – fresh air, exercise and nutrition. I had a lot of practice with their varied sleeping habits. I have always been intrigued about sleeping patterns in children, as all our bodies require sleep to maintain proper function and health.  We are programmed to sleep each night as a means of restoring our bodies and minds. I have always been told I have a gift with children, and with the encouragement of my family and friends, I took the big step and joined the Good Night team. I can honestly say it has been one of the highlights of my life, and I look forward to each new challenge along the way.”
